ITG® wants to make one thing perfectly clear: enrollment in ITG® training programs alone does not guarantee a job for anyone. ITG® training programs provide professional development training in return for tuition. While we make every effort to leverage the ITG® Alumni Association whenever possible, candidates for ITG® job opportunities must also possess appropriate character traits, professional demeanor and requisite skill sets matching contractual requirements as well as appropriate licensing as may be required.
ITG® instructors must be graduates of our training programs. While we recognize that there are professionals in our industry fully capable of teaching subject matter we offer, we believe that the only way an individual instructor can truly blend his or her material into the overall training program is for that instructor to be a graduate of that training program. This also eliminates the potential for different instructors using different vernacular or teaching conflicting doctrine not approved by ITG® for use in our programs. Therefore, potential instructor assignments are limited to members of the ITG® Alumni Association who are in good standing. Instructor candidates must also successfully complete a designated internal instructor certification program. Members of the ITG® Alumni Association who desire consideration for such assignments may contact Mr.
Dave Johnson, President, ITG® Consultants, Inc., directly.
Every effort is made to leverage members of the ITG® Alumni Association whenever possible; however, consultant candidates must possess extensive operational experience, preferably in multiple assignements under varying operational configurations. Candidates must also be able to think

Certain consulting services require successful completion of internal training programs before an individual consultant will be employed to represent ITG® Consulting Services. Other exceptionally well qualified and appropriately licensed candidates who possess strong, relevant skill sets will be considered on a case by case basis.
